Siva Subramaniam is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FBC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd based in Manila, Philippines. FBC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd is a newly established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that helps to transform large Customer Experience Operations into Faster, Better, Cheaper processes and also promote identifying FBC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd as way of customizing the client interactions.
Prior to starting FBC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, Siva was the General Manager for Transcom Worldwide (HQ in Sweden) managing the region called English Speaking Countries consisting of Asia Pacific, USA, Canada and the UK with 14,000+ employees. Prior to Transcom Siva was the Vice President for Customer Experience at AIG Consumer Finance Group in Asia. He also held senior roles with Aspect Software as the Vice President for Business Development & Marketing (Asia Pacific & Middle-East), TeleTech International, a leading global provider of customer management and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, Avaya Global Services Asia Pacific and Deloitte Consulting (Customer Relationship Management Practice).

During the year 2018 she also got the opportunity to work as the Research Officer for the Chief Justice of Sri Lanka.”
Sudeshika is handling the role of CFO in FBC Asia Pacific Incorporation. She has over 10 years working experience in Finance & Accounting field and she is a graduate from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka with BSc. Finance (Special) degree. She has obtained professional qualification from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
Varanga De Silva
Varanga has 10 years’ experience in the BPO/KPO technology space. He has worked for clients in The Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Bangladesh, Nepal, Dubai, Doha, Maldives, Australia, USA, and England. He is a Technology Specialist and Consultant in the Microsoft space with Diplomas in computer science and information systems. He is also a member of the British Computer society. He is also a Microsoft Certified IT Professional, & Solutions Associate, and is also certified as a Microsoft Office365 specialist. He has implemented a number of BPO sites in 6 regions with the required infrastructure and network solutions and services. He is the current head of the information technology and cyber security team.
As Group Head of Human Resources - Thilini helps shape the overall People Strategy for FBC. With over 15 years’ overall experience in both HR Specialist and Generalist disciplines, Thilini has deep domain knowledge of Human Capital Management within the Business Process Management Industry- supporting global operations, working with multi-cultural teams, working within international quality and process improvement standards and industry best practices. Her BPO/KPO Industry experience of over 13 years includes organizations offering Finance & Accounting solutions, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and Contact Centre services. Thilini holds an MBA from the University of Colombo, and a degree in Business Administration.
With over 8 years of experience in the BPO industry and more than 4 years of experience in the sales and administrative industry, Nesel takes part as Head of Admin and Sales Support for FBC Asia Pacific Inc. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce Major in Management Accounting. She has wide range of experience in the BPO Industry as a Subject Matter Expert for various companies in Australia, United Kingdom and USA. She started her Admin career in a widely known IT company in Cyberjaya, Malaysia doing remote support to Singapore Top Executives.
Annycel comes to us with extensive background and experience in the BPO and Call Center Industry. Her 14+ years of experiences includes management of large teams for leading BPO and Cell Center companies. She started her career as a Customer Service Associate and moved her way up to Operations Manager role. She has received many recognitions that includes Coach of the Year, Top OM for Sales Conversion and Upsell, Top OM for Attendance, Top OM for lowest Absenteeism, Lowest Attrition and huge improvements in NSAT. Simply put, all of the hallmarks of a great leader who understands her PEOPLE and Business Fundamentals
Cheryll Ybeth Yelland is the Head of Sourcing and Recruitment. With 17 years of professional experience, she is instrumental on the successful hiring and selection all the Company’s hiring campaign thru effective Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand Recall Awareness.
Elju is the Head of Training and Quality for FBC Asia Pacific Inc. She has more than 6 years experience in the BPO and 4 years in the Medical Coding industry. She is a Registered Nurse by profession and is a Certified Professional Coder under American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). She is an experienced Quality Analyst for Utilization Management and Trainer for Medical Coding. In 2018 and 2019, when she was still employed with TeleDevelopment Services, she was the project lead for Medical Coding Training and Certification Scholarship Program. She collaborated with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HIMAP) to make this happen. Prior to joining FBC Asia Pacific, she was a Training Supervisor for one of the medical coding companies here in Manila.
Ian comes with an extensive background in BPO and Call Center Industry. He has 10 years of wide-spread skills in management and operations for different businesses (Customer Service, Financial Retail, and Healthcare). He was Involved and pioneered several successful start-up campaigns or LOBs, he is passionate about process improvement and business excellence.
Ian is a licensed nurse and holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management. He is currently preparing to sit in his PMP exam.
