Siva Subramaniam is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FBC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd based in Manila, Philippines. FBC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd is a newly established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that helps to transform large Customer Experience Operations into Faster, Better, Cheaper processes and also promote identifying FBC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd as way of customizing the client interactions.
Prior to starting FBC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, Siva was the General Manager for Transcom Worldwide (HQ in Sweden) managing the region called English Speaking Countries consisting of Asia Pacific, USA, Canada and the UK with 14,000+ employees. Prior to Transcom Siva was the Vice President for Customer Experience at AIG Consumer Finance Group in Asia. He also held senior roles with Aspect Software as the Vice President for Business Development & Marketing (Asia Pacific & Middle-East), TeleTech International, a leading global provider of customer management and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, Avaya Global Services Asia Pacific and Deloitte Consulting (Customer Relationship Management Practice).
With more than 35+ years of experience in Call Centre management Siva offers a truly holistic perspective on the industry – from user to supplier and from consultant to evaluator.
Shamil carries with him over 13 years’ experience in the BPO industry. An experienced finance professional, his expertise lies in M&A’s, corporate finance, treasury, and reporting. Working with companies such as Ernst & Young and WNS before joining FBC. Shamil currently heads the Shared Services Finance.
An industry expert with 15 years successful experience in Recruitment and Executive Search across Philippines, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Pinky has began her recruitment career in Singapore back in 2011, when she founded CPS Asia, an Executive Search firm for middle to C level executives for BPO and IT Industry. She grew the company and provided services to large multinational companies including Teleperformance, ADP, Nokia, Sitel, Acquire BPO etc. She has successfully completed searches, helping professional grow and advance in their careers.
Profoundly driven and perfectionistic by nature, Pinky has proven ability to foster relationship with C-suite and Senior Executives. She is committed to her Clients, Candidates and Employees.
Pinky is a former Mrs. Philippines Globe, first Runner-up & former model. Pinky was also Rotary President for Makati 2018 in the Philippines. Pinky is actively involved in Women empowerment and using her voice to be an inspiration to abused women.
For over a decade, Pinky is involved in helping and founded a program for less fortunate and street kids in Manila with primary focus of encouraging street children and youth to go back to school.
She has wide range of experience in the BPO Industry as a Subject Matter Expert for various companies in Australia, United Kingdom and USA. She started her Admin career in a widely known IT company in Cyberjaya, Malaysia doing remote support to Singapore Top Executives.
Elju is the Head of Training and Quality for FBC Asia Pacific Inc. She has more than 6 years experience in the BPO and 4 years in the Medical Coding industry. She is a Registered Nurse by profession and is a Certified Professional Coder under American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). She is an experienced Quality Analyst for Utilization Management and Trainer for Medical Coding. In 2018 and 2019, when she was still employed with TeleDevelopment Services, she was the project lead for Medical Coding Training and Certification Scholarship Program. She collaborated with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HIMAP) to make this happen. Prior to joining FBC Asia Pacific, she was a Training Supervisor for one of the medical coding companies here in Manila.
Catherine is the Head of Sourcing & Recruitment of FBC Asia Pacific Pty. Ltd.
She develops and implements the gold standard of market practices and organizational policies in the company. She is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
She has 15 years of experience in business process outsourcing, with 8 years dedicated to Employment Relations, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, and Training.
